In the coming years thousands of units of housing will be built on or near the Aurora corridor. Derrick Belgarde, Executive Director of Chief Seattle Club, will speak about the upcoming joint-venture project with Bellwether housing. Chief Seattle Club will build over 200 units of housing on the North Seattle College campus, as well as a Longhouse. They're going to bring some indigenous vibes back to the Licton Springs community.
